This plant was a gift from a friend’s garden and finally took off with light blue flowers that glow more delightfully than can be captured in a photograph. Apparently it spreads easily, which is obvious now that I realize I already have three of them. Normally that would be worrisome, but it puts up with the worst soil in my garden and provides late-season nectar for butterflies, so I’ll look the other way.
