Hope Is a Garden
The back garden in late afternoon shade. Tomato, pepper, and ground cherry starts from our community organic farm ready to be transplanted. Garden beds covered in mulch, including branches, black raspberry prunings, and anything else that stays put. Eating: second-year Red Russian Kale florets, perennial fennel, sage, garlic chives, walking onions, rhubarb, sorrel, chives, arugula, and mustard greens.
